The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs. Our room was dated and had some plumbing issues. Happy hour at the bar was a nice surprise, but the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed. Great location for Disney access, but housekeeping was lacking during our stay.

the rooms at lake buena vista resort village and spa - a staysky hotel & resort near disney are spacious and clean - with a lovely fireworks view. the location is great, and i enjoyed being so close to the factory outlet shops. the staff is super helpful and quickly fixed a broken washer during my stay.

the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. the apartment was very spacious, perfect for my family. the location was convenient, especially with a car. the resort offered a great view of the fireworks, and the irish pub served delicious food. there was a handy convenience store open late, and the complimentary items in the kitchen were a nice touch. overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and i would definitely recommend it for families with a car.

Our recent stay at the resort was amazing. We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. The location was convenient, close to attractions and shops. The suite had all the facilities we needed, including a washer and dryer. The staff made us feel welcomed and special, and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The location of this resort is absolutely perfect for my stay. Everything I needed, from pizza shops to grocery stores, was within walking distance. Plus, it was just a short drive to the Disney parks. The size and layout of the suites were fantastic, providing plenty of space for my birthday weekend with friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the on-site amenities like the outdoor heated swimming pool and game room. the experience was great for both short-term and long-term guests.
The check-in process was a bit slow due to the lack of staff available, causing a delay in accessing our room. Additionally, in the second room we stayed in, the safe was not working despite multiple reports and the shower dripped throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Great location for Disney, shuttle bus service, decent kitchen facilities, separate pools, friendly staff, flexible housekeeping options.
Felt warm, nothing too much trouble.
